I know this isn't as big a deal to you all as it is to me...but Kinsey just finished reading her first chapter book! She read Flat Stanley...all five chapters :) She read one chapter each night and wrote about what she read in her adventure book. She drew pictures of her favorite part of each chapter. Her pictures are hilarious!
The best part was how proud of herself she was for reading a chapter book. I know it's cliché but time flies by so fast. Just last school year she was a little kindergartner trying to figure how to stand in line without knocking people over and now she's reading chapter books. It is so exciting watching them reach new milestones!
